WARRANTY

Claims that are not valid under Black’s product warranty include:

  • Damage that did not result from workmanship
  • Damage due to neglect or unsafe use,
  • Damage from natural causes, theft or loss of products;
  • Damage from using the device improperly or not following instructions, and claims for non-defective products.

To file a valid warranty claim, customers can email Black Vape’s customer care team or submit a complaint through their website. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Black Vape may request additional information and reserves the right to repair devices before approving an exchange or refund. Black Vape offers a no-charge product replacement for valid claims made within the warranty period. 

For the ‘Black Elite 8000’ refund policy, items purchased directly from the Black Vape website are eligible for a hassle-free 30-day refund. The refund policy is only valid within the first 30 days from the date of dispatch and only for product quality issues.

Refunds for devices purchased from authorized Black Vape retailers must be obtained from the retailer, following their own refund policy. To file a valid refund claim, customers can email Black Vape’s customer care team or submit a request through their website.

The Limited Warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchases.
